How much is the artwork set up fee?
No charge. You can download a Photoshop mug template on the PrintDrop website.

VAT is not charged. Big savings for non-registered VAT creative businesses.
*Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
The mugs are safe to use in dishwashers. However, very high temperature settings and will degrade the image, along with any possible changes to detergent formulae. I would suggest to customers, to hand wash the mug to preserve image quality, and dishwasher occasionally at lower temperatures, to maintain perfect image quality. Always follow your dishwasher’s instructions for correct placement in the dishwasher. Tests have shown that too much detergent can degrade any printed ceramic mug or plate regardless of printing method. We only use premium mugs sourced from UK distributors for printing.
